Call Force One is a service that takes food orders for pizza restaurants across the country. Must have good communication skills, attention to detail and possess a good work ethic. Hours of operation are Sunday to Thursday 10:00AM to 10:00 PM and Friday-Saturday 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Must have evening and weekend availability. Full & Part Time positions available.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls and take orders for pizza restaurants. Fast paced.
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast paced environment, call center experience preferred.
  • Professional telephone etiquette with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with softphones preferred.
  • Hard worker who is dependable, dedicated and self motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask while following a systematic approach to customer service delivery; maintaining a balance between quality and quantity
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications:
  • Passion for providing great customer care
  • Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision under varying conditions
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, days, including some holidays.
  • Weekend and evening availability
