Crunch Fitness, known for its innovative and cutting edge classes, is currently seeking Cycle Instructors for our class "The Ride" Road Rides, Rhythm Rides & Remixed Rides. Saddle up and get those wheels turning

Certification Requirements:
  • Maintain valid CPR Certification
  • Cycle Certification or Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification (Schwinn, ACE, AFAA, or NASM preferred)
Special Skills:
  • Energetic personality
  • Passion to help other people achieve and maintain health & fitness goals
  • Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
  • Strong verbal communication & customer service skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador representing the Crunch Franchise to members, clients and potential members
  • Lead and deliver a safe and positive fitness experience through fun, safe and effective group training sessions using the Crunch proprietary formats
  • Collect session participation data by member and guests for reporting
  • Drive member engagement and retention strategies through focused promotions
  • Maintain and uphold company policies, procedures, and class formats
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
  • Maintain certification and/or educational requirements
  • Maintain professional disposition at all times
