Are you the Hospitality Food and Beverage Shift Supervisor we're looking for?To excel as a Hospitality Food and Beverage Shift Supervisor at The Westin Jekyll Island, you'll need a solid foundation in the Hospitality industry, with at least 7 years of experience under your belt. Your leadership skills will be put to the test with a minimum of 3 years in a Supervisory role, guiding and motivating your team to success. While not mandatory, having a Serve Safe certification would be a definite plus, showing your commitment to excellence in maintaining a safe and clean environment.
With these skills and tools in your arsenal, you'll be well-equipped to navigate the fast-paced world of Hospitality at our dynamic location.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- 7 Years in Hospitality Industry
- 3 years in Supervisory Role
