any legal experience, but strong administrative experience.

Job Description:

  • Duties include answering incoming calls in friendly and professional manner.Communication with new and existing clients, as well as opposing counsel and their staff.
  • Translating for appointments with Spanish speaking clients.
  • Maintaining attorney calendar, including hearings, appointments, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Managing E-filing process.
  • Processing payments.
  • Maintaining client files up to date and organized.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology in Spanish a plus.
  • Professional telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently and with attention to detail with all tasks.
  • Understanding client confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.

Compensation Package:

  • Health Benefits (Medical and Dental) after 30-day grace period.
  • Paid vacation after one year of employment, accrual rate based on length of service with the firm.
  • Retirement program after one year of employment
