We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team of exceptional technologists and business professionals. The Solution Architect will be responsible for creating compelling solutions in response to federal government Requests for Proposals (RFPs). The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in application development, cloud technologies, and data, along with excellent writing skills to effectively communicate and articulate complex solutions.

Location: Remote

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze federal government RFPs and understand the requirements, constraints, and evaluation criteria.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and document innovative solutions that align with the RFP requirements.
  • Create detailed technical proposals, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and implementation plans.
  • Present proposals and solution concepts to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert during pre-sales activities, client meetings, and presentations.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to application development, cloud computing, data, cybersecurity, AI, and ML.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies for solution development and proposal creation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Solutions Architect or similar role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering solutions for federal government clients.
  • Strong expertise in application development, cloud computing, and related technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling proposals and technical documentation.
  • Solid understanding of federal government procurement processes, RFP evaluation criteria, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in data management, cybersecurity, AI, and ML technologies and their application in solution design is highly desirable.
  • Industry certifications related to cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and inspire others.
