The Sales Assistant will work closely with sales and office team members to best service our internal and external customers. They will support the sales staff on the showroom floor, while ensuring efficiency of back-end processes. The Sales Assistant is an impactful role within the team with an ability to learn and grow into various career paths

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Greet customers and offer assistance.

· Recommend products & services to meet the customers’ needs.

· Answer customer questions about product and services.

· Answer incoming phone calls.

· Assist with sales document processing.

· Process customer payments.

· Inform customers about current promotions and finance options.

· Assist estimating department with product/material pricing and provide price sheets.

· Support and assist with Showroom merchandising & displays.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

· Must be 18+ years’ old

· High School Diploma or GED preferred

· Administration, sales, customer service and/or industry experience preferred

· Must be physically capable of safely lifting a minimum of 25 lbs. without assistance.

· Must be able to work full time 8:00 AM -5:00 PM Monday-Friday
