Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Selection: Accurately select products from inventory based on customer orders, ensuring that the correct items and quantities are picked.
  • Packing: Securely pack selected items, ensuring they are protected and properly labeled for shipping.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory, including conducting regular stock checks and updating inventory records.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for any damage or defects before packing, ensuring only high-quality items are shipped.
  • Shipping Coordination: Prepare shipments and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Safety and Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to company safety protocols and best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in order selection, warehousing, or a related field preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
