Position Summary:

As a Finance Manager at Kiefer Mazda, you will play a crucial role in the success of our dealership by overseeing all aspects of finance and insurance for our customers. This includes securing financing, promoting extended warranties and other aftermarket products, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive finance, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Finance and Insurance (F&I) Operations:

    • Manage the finance department to ensure efficient and effective operations.
    • Secure financing for customers through established relationships with lending institutions.
    • Present and explain financing options, terms, and aftermarket products to customers.
    • Ensure accurate completion of all finance and insurance paperwork.

  2. Customer Service:

    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process.
    • Address customer questions and concerns regarding financing and insurance options.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and financial institutions.

  3. Compliance:

    • Stay up-to-date on all federal, state, and local regulations related to automotive finance.
    • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
    • Implement and maintain ethical business practices.

  4. Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with sales and service departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Provide training and guidance to sales team members on finance and insurance processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership setting.
  • Strong understanding of automotive finance, lending practices, and insurance products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
