For more than two decades, we have served the needs of thousands of Texans every day. 

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and hard-working individual to join our Recruiting team as our new Recruiting Assistant. Our Corporate office is located in Fort Worth, Texas, and this will be an in-office position. This will consist of sourcing and recruiting candidates to work in our nursing homes and assisted living facilities.  Positions will include CNAs, Nurses, dietary staff, housekeeping, maintenance positions, and more. 

Requirements: 

  • Prior experience in a recruiting-related role is preferred. 

  • Strong proficiency with Social Media Platforms and recruiting-related software.  

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Experience with Canva is a plus, but not required. 

  • Outstanding communication skills. 

  • Excellent Organizational and time-management skills. 

  • Great attention to detail. 

  • Ability to self-direct with efficiency and speed for a variety of special projects for the recruiting department. 

  • Understanding and familiarity with a variety of job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Work-In-Texas. 

Job Description: 

  • Administrative and clerical support for the Recruiting team 

  • Resume Sourcing 

  • Job Posting 

  • Handle records and paperwork 

  • Assist with new hire onboarding 

  • Special projects and research to assist the recruiting team 

  • The ability for occasional overnight travel.
