Compensation:

$16 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Mow and maintain lawns and outdoor areas to ensure they are well-kept
  • Perform regular hot tub maintenance, including cleaning and minor repairs
  • Complete minor handyman tasks such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and basic carpentry
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
  • Assist with other property maintenance tasks as needed


Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Prior experience in lawn care, hot tub maintenance, or general handyman work preferred but not required
  • Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
