his position is responsible for helping clients install, repair, and maintain their equipment. They are responsible for performing quality repairs and providing detailed descriptions of the work performed. A few of the main duties, of a field service technician, are inspecting and troubleshooting service equipment, instructing customers on how to use the equipment properly, building relationships with customers, and following company procedures.

Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a half hour lunch, but hours could change based on need.
