Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nursing department policies and procedures to uphold high standards of patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, and mentoring of nursing staff members.
  • Conduct thorough performance evaluations and implement appropriate disciplinary measures when required.

What We Look for in Our Director of Nursing
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration from an accredited institution.
