Sales Representatives are the face of our company, responsible for communicating and presenting our vision to our customers, bringing new customers to Ardmor, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Experience/Qualifications:


2-3 years of Customer service experience required.
1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
Construction Sales Experience is highly preferred.
Door Knocking Experience required.

Able to climb ladders and walk on roofs.
Working knowledge of the agreement process.
Basic knowledge of production, design, and supplements.



Job Responsibilities:


Actively find qualified new customers in storm-damaged areas, knocking on doors, working a personal network, building a referral basis, and/or targeting those looking for residential construction services.
Execute Storm Plans and work in areas impacted by storms, knocking on doors for up to 8-12 weeks.
Work with homeowners who have experienced storm damage, performed inspections, and presented findings to homeowners and insurance adjusters, explaining the insurance and production process clearly.
Input leads into AccuLynx, on the door-knocking app, ensuring customer information is correct for a smooth job process.
Act immediately on assigned leads.
Determine appropriate neighborhoods and homes, following the guidance of the Sales Manager to approach specific areas.
Identify, document, and communicate clearly any damage found.
Perform inspections, including climbing on roofs, filling out inspection reports, and taking/uploading photos for internal, homeowner, and insurance purposes.
Send homeowners a link to inspection photos, explain the photos, and assist homeowners in filing claims.
Attend adjustments, prepare, follow the adjustment process.
Explain and sign construction agreements with homeowners, uploading them into AccuLynx.
Have a basic understanding of project flow to explain to homeowners.
Set the company up for profitable success, with a working knowledge of what the Sales Representative controls regarding margins.
Communicate clearly with the Client Coordinator, Client Relations Team, and Sales Manager.
Attend bi-monthly sales meetings, providing a report of efforts.
Take 2nd Inspection Photos, pull samples for ITELS, and review each insurance estimate with the Client Relations Manager.
Explain to homeowners what was covered, what items were missed, and the process in a phone call within 24 hours of receiving the estimate.
Complete the Handoff checklist and provide detailed notes to the Production/Design team.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Attend Home Shows as a company representative, explaining our services and company vision to potential customers.
Ask homeowners for referrals.
