JOB TYPE: Full Time
SHIFT: 1st Shift
PAY RATE: $18/hr. to $23/hr. based on experience
LOCATION: Jacksonville, FL

We have a client looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who has 3 to 5 years of experience managing a warehouse. One who is familiar with all aspects of warehouse including WMS systems and the ability to perform some of the physically demanding aspects of warehouse work (lifting, bending, etc)

This is a temp to hire opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Must have operated a forklift within the last year.
  • Must operate the forklift in a safe and responsible manner as to not jeopardize equipment or employees.
  • Must be able to load and unload trucks and trailers using proper documentation.
  • Loading/Unloading truck with flooring product to be delivered.
  • Picking and pulling product to match orders.
  • Coordinate with employees daily.
  • Ensure the warehouse is neat, orderly and in compliance with company and OSHA requirements.
  • Spot checking and maintaining correct inventory numbers.
  • Ability to withstand the physical demands of lifting occasionally over 50 lbs.

Requirements

  • Current Forklift Certification.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees in a professional manner.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism in all aspects of the job.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Understands the importance of detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and is always willing to assist others.

Required Experience

  • 3 to 5 years Warehouse Management.
  • 3 to 5 years WMS experience.
  • Recent Forklift Experience.​
