Responsibilities

Client Support: Assist customers with inquiries, policy changes, and claim assistance in a friendly and professional manner.Policy Reviews: Conduct comprehensive policy reviews to ensure clients have the coverage they need.Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Product Knowledge: Stay informed about insurance products and services to provide accurate information to clients.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the agency team to deliver seamless service to customers.


Requirements

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy management and client interactions.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and deliver exceptional service.
