Purpose:

Ensure team completes all projects on time and within budget. Manage individual tasks for respective teams with keen attention to detail.

General Description:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements:
  • BS in related field preferred or 1to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in design or a related field preferred
  • Proficient in AutoCad, Domus or other 3D rendering software such as; 3DS Max and versatility to operate different software packages
  • Proficient with Adobe and Microsoft Suite. Ability to travel to locations throughout the U.S.
  • Communication skills are required, as well as commitment to finding solutions for internal/external customers
  • Fluent in verbal and written Spanish and English preferred
