Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a special individual with Commercial Insurance experience that is goal-oriented and career-minded to assist with servicing our business customers, the duties include answering customer calls, issuing certificates, processing change requests, underwriting, rating, marketing, assisting producers in the renewal of policies and help expand or cross-sell other lines of insurance. Depending on experience maybe eligible for account manager position.
This position will require a Property & Casualty insurance license. The job position is located in Riverside, Ca. The position is an hourly wage plus we offer new and renewal commission in addition to your regular wages. We encourage and allow our CSR's to write accounts and to get paid new and renewal commission allowing them to grow their income. We encourage our employees to grow with the company and encourage continued education.
Essential Duties include:

  • Complete and organize ACORD application and online applications from various carriers
  • Prepare binders, proposals, summaries, process endorsement requests and certificates
  • Rate policies with numerous insurance companies
  • Maintain data in the agency management system (AMS360)
  • Work with clients and build relationships
  • Answer and make calls, must have strong telephone, Grammar and Communication skills
  • Perform Various clerical duties efficiently
  • Perform Customer Service Duties
  • Must be a team player and have Commercial Lines experience

Must have strong computer and typing skills and knowledge of Word, Excel.You must have a strong knowledge of Commercial Lines coverages and products.Please do not submit an application unless you have Commercial Insurance Experience
