In preparation for our new services under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP), we are currently searching for a full time Logistics Coordinator for a busy warehouse that manages supplies and maintenance of medical equipment used across the country.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
  • Prepare, route, and manage purchase orders.
  • Own day-to-day logistics operations, as needed.
  • Update and report on key performance metrics to drive improvement efforts throughout Company’s supply chain.
  • Monitor shipment costs and productivity processes.
  • Provide direct and prompt interaction with logistics team.
  • Review shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Make special shipping arrangements, as necessary.
  • Track and fix shipping errors.
  • Prepare bills and invoices.
  • Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required Company standards.
  • Develop processes to make the supply chain more efficient and organized.
Requirements:
  • Two (2) years of previous logistics or warehouse experience with inventory control and ordering supplies, or any combination of experience, education, or training that provides the required knowledge, skills, or abilities
  • Experience with MS Office - intermediate level
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems - preferred
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
