This role involves fostering strong partnerships with business leaders to expand Wealth Advisory Services. Responsibilities
  • Set sales objectives, establish success criteria, and provide coaching and education to business partners.
  • Offer real-time guidance and feedback by actively participating in pre-call planning, client/prospect meetings, and post-call discussions.
  • Devise and execute sales strategies tailored to assigned markets.
  • Implement and manage essential systems infrastructure supporting Wealth client interactions, including email groups, telephone services, and support tracking technologies.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, competitive advantages, and technological advancements.
  • Provide leadership to Wealth Associates, fostering their growth and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Drive performance excellence by meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and continually enhancing the client experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Services.
  • Proficient in Wealth and investment management operations, processes, and systems.
  • Experience managing sales and client service teams, achieving high-level results
  • Capable of achieving high results while adhering to enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
Plusses
  • Excellent leadership and collaborative qualities
  • Master's degree in Business
  • CFP or ChFC designation
*** Pay: $165-175K (Compensation can vary depending on experience)
