Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Optimization:

· Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.

· Implement process changes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.

· Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

2. Troubleshooting:

· Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during production.

· Work with maintenance and engineering teams to address equipment malfunctions.

· Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

3. Quality Assurance:

· Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

· Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify product quality.

· Collaborate with the quality control team to address non-conformities.

4. Safety and Compliance:

· Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

· Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.

· Participate in safety audits and training sessions.

5. Continuous Improvement:

· Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

· Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process optimization.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in process analysis, troubleshooting, and improvement techniques. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

· Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

· Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
