13 Week Contract
We are looking for determined, dedicated, and diligent CNAs for a long-term opportunity in the Austin areas with an established client. Upon completion of the contract, you will have the opportunity to join the facilities care staff permanently. This is a great way to get your foot in the door with a nationally known company that strives for excellence in long-term and rehabilitative care.
This client requires consistent timeliness on arrival to shifts, teamwork engagement practices with fellow caregivers, and focused quality care to all of its patients.
Sign-on Bonus of $500 *** Must complete onboarding within 72 hours. Bonus paid after working 160 hrs. with NurseCore and Must be in good standing ***
Responsibilities:
- Taking and recording BP, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Inform the clinical supervisor of changes in the client’s condition.
- Document care is given, observations, and treatments.
- Comply with the policies and procedures of the facility.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Ensure and protect clients’ rights and maintain confidentiality.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- 1 year experience as a CNA in the last 3 years in a supervised setting preferred.
- Current CPR in compliance with the American Heart Association standards
- Current CNA licensure in the State of Texas
- Memory Care Experience preferred.
- 1-year experience preferred
- Hospice experience preferred.
