Qualifications: 10+ years of experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on functional analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into user stories.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working in Agile or other iterative development methodologies is a plus.
Knowledge of industry-standard user story creation frameworks and technique

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders including Birlasoft Technical to understand X-Analysis output to derive business logic, gather requirements, and document user stories. Understanding of Distribution Systems and/or Warehouse Operations
Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business process diagrams, and user stories.
Communication: Liaison between onsite functional BAs and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
