Summary: We are currently looking for dedicated, driven, and enthusiastic individuals. This position will work closely with the Marketplace Account Management team in a wide range of marketing and sales activities related to Marketplace.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reach out to new clients and develop new opportunities
- Proactively call and establish relationships with new clients and secure contracts to achieve monthly revenue goals
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Create relevant and targeted lists of prospects through multiple avenues to build a consistent pipeline of new business
- Collaborating with marketing and account manager teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and business goals
- Identify prospects’ needs, understand business drives behind requests, and explain the Yami Marketplace value proposition to the clients through a presentation
- Provide forecast on sales volumes over relevant periods based on KPI
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Asian e-commerce/retail sales and business development. FBA or cross-border e-commerce-related experience is preferred.
- Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently in the preparation and presentation of effective strategies for sellers’ development
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in bilingual Chinese, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
