We are seeking a dynamic, innovative and detail-oriented Onboarding and Talent Specialist to join our team. The Onboarding and Talent Specialist will manage the interview process for prospective candidates and be responsible for facilitating the seamless integration of new hires into our organization. They will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive, welcoming and engaging experience throughout the candidate to employee life cycle. They will also partner with Recruiting, IT, HR and Culture leadership to generate ideas, implement process improvement, leverage resources and share information to drive candidate, new hire and employee satisfaction and success in a growing sales organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring a warm and welcoming introduction to our company culture from the very first interaction.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. Including reference checks, background checks, equipment disbursement, HRIS administrative tasks and all communication.
  • Lead engaging new hire orientation sessions to not only familiarize employees with company policies and procedures but also immerse them in our unique culture and values.
  • Champion the development and implementation of onboarding programs and materials aimed at enriching the new hire experience and fostering a sense of belonging from day one.
  • Track and analyze the progress of candidate interviews and new hire onboarding activities, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the process and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support to the TA, HR and Culture team, including generating reports, updating databases, and preparing correspondence within the ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Recruiting, IT, HR, and Culture, to innovate and optimize the onboarding process and elevate the new hire experience to new heights.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for new employees, offering guidance, answering questions, and providing unwavering support throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Coordinate closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure a seamless transition for new hires, fostering a supportive environment that sets the stage for long-term success.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protection for all candidate & employee information
  • Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the overall success of our team and organization.

Skillset:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative onboarding role
  • 1-2 years of experience in a coordination role (preferred)
  • ATS and HRIS system experience
  • Proficiency in G-Suite applications, especially Google Sheets
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortability talking and presenting in front of large groups energetically & passionately
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems
  • Remote work experience

Education and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
