In this position, you will reach out to potential business-to-business (B2B) clients, engaging them across various channels to nurture them into leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making 200-300 calls per week and sending emails through our CRM system.

At Custom Fabricating & Supplies, we aim to not only generate sales leads but also create growth opportunities for our Sales Development Representative. Successful performance in this role could lead to advancement opportunities, potentially into a Customer Service Representative position as our team expands.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute targeted B2B cold calling/email campaigns to generate new business leads.
  • Refine strategies based on feedback and results.
  • Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and gather essential information using our CRM system.
  • Communicate necessary information to the Sales team for continued lead nurturing.
  • Document and track calls and results in our CRM system and engage in timely follow-ups.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
  • Maintain a basic knowledge of our products and services to address questions or concerns.
  • Learn and follow the CFS Quality Policy.
  • Adhere to stated policies and procedures.
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for effective performance.
  • Maintain a positive customer relations approach towards visitors, customers, and employees.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality on all matters involving Custom Fabricating & Supplies.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
