Responsibilities:As a Senior Survey Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a range of survey projects, including but not limited to:
- Assisting clients in defining property boundaries and locations
- Guiding developers through land development processes
- Creating detailed underground utility maps
- Utilizing hydrographic survey technology to determine river and lake bottom elevations
- Designing layouts for major subdivisions to optimize buildable lots
- Conducting route surveys for engineering design
Tools We Use:You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies that include:
- Trimble scanners, robotic total stations, GPS, and TSC 7 Collectors
- Drones for aerial surveying
- Underground utility marking equipment and ground-penetrating radar
- State-of-the-art survey trucks and modern offices equipped with the latest technology
- Civil 3D software for advanced surveying and design
Projects You'll Work On Including:
- Construction staking setups for diverse projects like coffee shops, residential subdivisions, and Interstate Highways
- Energy-related surveys including ROW, Generation, Station, and Real Estate surveys
- Boundary surveys to define property lines
- Topographic surveys to map land features
- Route surveys for engineering and infrastructure planning
- ALTA surveys for property transactions
- SUE (Subsurface Utility Engineering) surveys for utility mapping
Qualifications:
- 5-15 years of professional survey experience
- A Bachelor's Degree in Surveying (strongly preferred)
- Exceptional project management skills
- Proficiency with surveying equipment and software
