Responsibilities
  • Performing various operational duties, including account reconciliation, data entry, and generating reports
  • Collaborating with different departments to resolve operational issues and improve processes
  • Analyzing operational data and providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Conducting routine audits to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
  • Monitoring incoming and outgoing transactions, identifying and reporting any suspicious activities
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as an Operations Specialist or in a similar operational role within the banking or financial industry
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations, procedures, and compliance regulations
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
