Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBest Point Education & Behavioral Health is seeking a Early Childhood Day Treatment Clinical Supervisor for our Early Childhood Day Treatment programs on our campus at 5050 Madison Rd in Cincinnati. This individual provides clinical and administrative supervision to all assigned behavioral health staff in the day treatment program. Provides clinical interventions to individuals, groups, and families within the early childhood day treatment program.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Developing, planning, and implementing mental health treatment within best practices for the Mental Health needs of young children.
  • Ensures developmentally and clinically appropriate care within the guidelines of licensure and regulations for day treatment and related mental health services.
  • Provides supervision and oversight for all clinical interventions and therapeutic care and develops/oversees Individualized Treatment Plans and other clinical documentation accordingly.
  • Supports and trains ECDT staff about agency and program practices and pertinent clinical/mental health information.
  • Collaborates with all those involved with the client, internal and external to the agency for optimum care of each child.
  • Ensures the needs of each child are met within the context of family and culture.


Minimum Education, Experience and Other Skill Requirements:

This position requires a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a related field. Three years of post-graduate experience and State of Ohio Independent Licensure (LISW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist) required. Clinical Supervisory experience strongly preferred. A valid State of Ohio driver’s license, a good driving record, automobile insurance and the use of a reliable automobile is required.
