About the role

Savory is seeking a highly motivated and talented Creative Coordinator to join our growing team and work closely with our Creative Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic or event design, a passion for the hospitality and events industry, and a creative flair that shines through in all aspects of their work. As a Creative Coordinator, you will collaborate with our Creative Director and other team members to bring innovative design concepts to life, spanning graphic, web, event, and packaging design. This is a full-time, onsite position.

This role is a key addition to our growing team. Here are some examples of the primary responsibilities of our Creative Coordinator:


  • Graphic Design: Create visually captivating designs for various materials, including menus, promotional materials, signage, and digital social content. Maintain brand consistency while exploring new creative directions to boost organic engagement.
  • Event Design: Collaborate with the Creative Director to conceptualize, design, and execute event themes, dcor, and layouts. Translate ideas into tangible design elements that enhance the overall event experience.
  • Event Execution: Attend events to ensure follow-through of the creative vision, supporting the on-site events team as necessary.
  • Copywriting: Craft compelling and persuasive copy to support our Creative Director in client outreach, social posts, and business material updates.
  • Packaging Design: Create captivating packaging designs for our Grab & Go offerings, ensuring that the presentation matches Savorys brand standards and quality.
  • Web Design: Support the design development and maintenance of Savorys website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence that effectively showcases our services and offerings.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hospitality, culinary, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of design elements into all aspects of the business.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design innovations, bringing fresh ideas to the table and incorporating them into your work.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, offering creative solutions that align with their vision.

Your experience should show us the following:

  • At least one years experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent work experience) in graphic design, event design, or related field is preferred.
  • A strong creative portfolio showcasing real-world examples of work, including, but not limited to, graphic, web, packaging, and event design.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience or strong interest in the hospitality and events industry, with an understanding of event planning and dcor.
  • Excellent creativity, organization, and an eye for detail, with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
  • Aptitude with social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; seamlessly shifting priorities as necessary and meeting tight deadlines.
  • A passion for food, beverage, and design trends
