ITCD Clinical Manager

Job Purpose
The ITCD Clinical Manager will over see the ITCD program and ensure adherence to the Integrated Treatment for Cooccurring Disorders model as well as the General Organizational Index.
Qualifications
- Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with experience in ITCD
Core Job Duties
- Provide and document structured supervision to the ITCD Specialists, weekly for one hour with a strong focus on cooccurring model
- Evaluate fidelity of the ITCD model
- Ensure the program is true to the co-occurring model
- Ensure the ITCD program has a strong philosophy and is clearly understood by the ITCD team
- Participate in process monitoring of the ITCD program
- Ensure client outcomes data is collected every three months and shared with the ITCD team members
- Adherence to all applicable evidence-based practice models.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of diagnostic criteria sets for substance use and/or mental disorders.
- Orally communicate information effectively and accurately.
- Assure program operates within the constraints of the agency’s certification (CARF, DMH) standards and strategic plan related to clinical care.
- Abide by program and agency policies and procedures
- Other job duties and special projects as assigned.
