What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Ensures that evidence-based clinical practices are being implemented for all services provided in-home and center-based and is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of services by conducting monthly internal case audits
  • Ensures that supervisors and therapists are compliant with clinical protocols and procedures
  • Directly oversees a team of Clinical Supervisors in case supervision of ABA programming and provides training, support, and mentorship to supervisors
  • Reviews and provides feedback on program design and modifications
  • Ensures the team’s insurance reauthorizations are up to date and submitted on time
  • Provides monthly check-ins with all assigned Clinical Supervisors
  • Works with the Clinical Team to ensure re-assessments are current and done on time
  • Ensures that the clinical team’s billing audits are accurate and completed on time
  • Facilitates quarterly supervisor roundtables  
  • Ensures clinical team hits quarterly production targets
  • Oversee client scheduling & pairing 
  • Responsible for ensuring the clinical team maintains positive, professional, and cohesive work relationships with other internal workgroups; i.e. HR, Operations, Clients Relations & Revenue Cycle Management. 
  • Oversee the proper management of the supervisor’s caseload size 
  • Responsible for building clinical supervisors into effective leaders 
  • You will provide 10 treatment hours per week with a small caseload of clients 
  • Reports directly to the owners 
  • Show up every day ready and willing to lead the team 

What You’ll Bring

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience providing behavioral therapy to children diagnosed with developmental and pervasive disorders
  • 3 years experience in a supervisory role
