Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing warehouse and construction yard inventory available, material replenishment, and purchase order execution.
  • Manage logistics and materials needed in support of TFC’s marketing and construction growth.
  • Manage supply chain processes using ERP Sitetracker/Salesforce system.
  • Execute company inventory processes to accurately track and process inventory movements and relaying that information accurately to ERP system.
  • Utilize scan guns correctly to communicate inventory movements within Sitetracker ERP system.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting to Finance team that communicates inventory changes such as price, consumption, shortages, and transitions.
  • Monitor supplier/contractor performance and manage issue resolution/escalation process.
  • Manage record-keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
  • Monitor inventory availability to ensure a high percentage of material in-stock and the ability to execute scopes of work without work stoppages.
  • Ensure physical inventory matches system inventory.
  • Identify inventory variances or discrepancies and seek appropriate means to report and remedy the variances.
  • Create reporting that analyzes inventory availability, consumption, transfers, and locations.
  • Manage BOM creation and execution process between Tillman Fiber and Suppliers for accurate record keeping and BOM execution.
  • Manage supplier inventory process accuracy within Sitetracker ERP system to ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Monitor all open POs until deliveries are completed and complete PO closeout process.
  • Communicate to Finance when PO closeout process is completed and ensure on-time payments to supplier.
  • Manage warehouse and yard conditions in alignment with Tillman expectations.
  • Ability to perform 3-way match between PO, BOL, and Invoice amounts to ensure accurate record keeping.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum Five (5) years of experience Construction Management (Telecom Preferred)
  • Minimum Five (5) years of experience using Sitetracker ERP tool.
  • Must possess strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience collaborating with internal/external teams and vendors.
  • Forward thinking and analytical skills.
  • Effectively function in a fast paced and fast changing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to identify and understand complex problems/issues and develop solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple commitments simultaneously.
  • Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50lbs)
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
