Job Responsibilities:

· Process multi-company invoices and contract/trade partner payments

· Process daily overhead expenses and priority disbursement requests

· Assist with weekly check runs

· Review and organize existing 20-Day Preliminary Notices

· Set up and maintain vendor files

· Assist in training new Accounts Payable Specialists

Requirements:

· Experience with invoice automation and within home building industry

· Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
