LAT Intensive Outpatient Programs offers intensive outpatient mental health services to clients with a variety of diagnoses, including schizophrenia, bipolar, OCD, depression and anxiety disorders. Our program is designed to help our clients achieve their mental health goals and lead fulfilling lives.

We're looking for experienced, Group Facilitators and Primary Therapists who are Marriage and Family Therapists or Clinical Social Workers with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses, including severe mental illnesses. As a specialized therapist with our program, Group Facilitators lead in-person group psychotherapy sessions using appropriate treatment modalities, such as CBT, DBT, and ACT, as well as help clients develop mindfulness and coping skills to manage their mental health symptoms and prevent relapses while also providing one-on-one therapy sessions.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Licensed in California as an MFT or CSW, or possesses an MFT or CSW with additional certification relevant to the specific group (required).
  • Minimum two years experience working in mental health, addiction and/or dual diagnosis (recommended).
  • Have physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities sufficient to perform job duties.
  • Have good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Have a clean criminal background (thorough background check conducted)
  • Have excellent critical thinking skills, problem solving, and computer skills.
