Job profile

· Executive Assistant will directly support the President/General Manager by providing secretarial support, managing calendars, supporting in communications to the organization and overall providing needed assistance

· Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas and compiling documents for travel-related meetings

· Lead US headquarters event coordination and executive level event management

· Assist in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meeting (including all hands meetings) and off-sites meetings

· Prepare various reports and presentation materials for the President

· Handle mail/communication in alignment with President

· Misc. Tasks: Support in organizing and tracking seminar registrations, prepare seminar materials, and other administrative tasks as needed for seminars
