Summary/Objective:

The Clinical Sourcing Specialist is responsible for executing the direct recruiting goals to fill in clinical positions. The person in this role will build the candidate pipeline in the internal databases, identify potential candidates and use sourcing techniques to attract talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Comfortable having conversations over the phone using talking points but not needing a script to have conversations with potential candidates or front desk workers.

  • Follow-up on previous contacts for potential interest.

  • Source qualified candidates to meet the requirements for open positions from external job boards, trade associations and educational institutions.

  • Meticulously record contact responses and feedback in our candidate database.

  • Proactively communicate project progress, updates and raise any queries or concerns with the Clinical Recruiting Coordinator.

  • Meets daily, weekly direct recruiting/connections goals as assigned. Including cold calling and achieving 80 calls per day.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High school degree required

  • Bachelor's degree in sales or a related degree is preferred

  • Prior experience managing direct recruiting, via phone and email, or remote sales work experience required

  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills:

  • Time management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.

  • Must have persistence and be well-organized to meet daily, weekly, monthly cold-calling targets.

  • Ability to display initiative in sharing information and updating it promptly.

  • Ability to handle confidential information.

  • Intermediate skills in Google Docs, Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access/Outlook)

  • Strong English communication skills; verbally and in writing, to be able to effectively work with candidates across the U.S.
