A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST - SCHEDULER:

Imagine greeting our customers with a smile as they walk through the door, making them feel like family. You're the maestro of the front counter, seamlessly juggling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks. As the hub of information, you play a key role in ensuring our customers leave with a positive experience. It's a fast-paced dance of multitasking and problem-solving, but you thrive in the rhythm, making each day exciting and rewarding.


TO JOIN OUR TEAM, WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

  • Some automotive experience, preferably in a parts shop
  • Customer service experience
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to handle the hustle and bustle of a busy front desk

Preferred qualifications include a passion for cars and a knack for staying cool under pressure.


WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION:

This is a full-time position with a typical schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a 30-minute lunch break. Your workstation? The vibrant and welcoming atmosphere of East Cooper Auto Pros in beautiful Mount Pleasant, SC.
