EXPECTATIONS:
Client Relations
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with all disciplines throughout assigned client facilities.
- Support development, communication, and distribution of information as requested by hospital administration and Integritas.
- Coordinate meetings between Integritas and client hospital staff.
- Develop, create, and implement site access standards with Integritas and client facility staff and leadership.
- Prepare all materials and presentations for program meetings and be PowerBI subject matter expert for assigned client facilities.
- Coordinate site tours.
Provider Relations
- Check in with providers daily to monitor their satisfaction and identify any issues that need to be handled or needs that need to be met.
- Respond promptly to problems communicated by providers, communicate all provider concerns, and Regional Managers. Ensure that closed-loop communicate occurs with all provider concerns.
- Maintain working knowledge of EMR and assist Integritas providers and administrative staff with EMR and IT issues.
- Assist Staffing Services team in provider contracting process.
- Onboard new Integritas team members (administrative and provider) before orientation – IT (Information Technology) access, facility badge, etc.
- Coordinate new hire provider orientation and first shifts and be present on-site to assist providers with these.
- Coordinate new Integritas admin team member orientations and be present on-site to assist with these.
- Assist with offboarding operations as needed.
- Relay important hospital information to Integritas providers.
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Company Liaison
- Serve as the liaison between billing company and client.
- Establish and maintain remote access for RCM company to assigned client facilities’ EMR systems.
- Ensure timely uploads of patient demographics sheets and charts
