A day in the life of an Assistant Bookkeeper
  • Handles the full cycle of accounting duties with concentration in General Ledger
  • Assists in setting up AR billing systems and CPI Increase Tables
  • Directly assists in bank reconciliations, general journal entries, general ledger reconciliation and financial statements

Requirements for the Assistant Bookkeeper position
  • Minimum 5 years accounting experience preferred
  • Familiar with phases of payroll processing, processing Use/Occupancy tax, BPT Tax and Sales/Use Tax
  • Must have thorough understanding of accounting and familiar with manual accounting system
  • 100% On-site position, FT (M-F, 9-5 with additional hours during tax season)
