Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare and send out invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.

· Record and apply incoming payments to the appropriate accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

· Regularly reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

· Monitor accounts to identify overdue invoices and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.

· Generate and analyze aging reports, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to accounts receivable.


Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role.

· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

· Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
