Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, this role is perfect for someone who is both a strategist and a tactician, able to generate innovative ideas and bring them to fruition.Our client is a growing software company has a flexible platform focused on accounting and management software. This is a permanent position which offers a competitive salary and benefit package. No visa situations or relocation assistance for this opportunity.
What You Will Do
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, the competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Product Messaging: Follow market landscape and collect competitive intelligence to benchmark product capabilities and develop effective product positioning that differentiates client’s solutions in the marketplace.
- Go-to-Market Strategies: Define go-to-market strategies and product communication plans, develop marketing materials, and lead high-impact feature releases that drive adoption and revenue.
- Sales and Marketing Materials: Generate customer case studies, product 1-pagers, and other collateral to support marketing and sales initiatives and guide communication efforts across multiple audiences and channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic frameworks and assets for campaigns, enablement, and stakeholder communications.
- Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze product marketing performance, adjusting strategies to meet business objectives.
- Experience: 3+ years of product marketing experience in the SaaS sector and 2+ years of experience with B2B marketing campaigns a must.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to create compelling product narratives.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adapt as necessary.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Demonstrated experience working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve product marketing goals.
- Marketing Stack Familiarity: Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Pendo, and Figma a must MS Clarity a plus.
- SaaS and Hospitality Expertise: Prior experience in marketing SaaS products, with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
- Creative Execution: Exceptional visual design and copywriting skills, with a proven track record of bringing creative marketing ideas to life, enhancing product visibility and customer.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making to inform marketing strategies.
- Leadership: Ability to lead projects and small teams, demonstrating leadership and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
