Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Finance or Related Field (Emphasized)
  • Significant Financial/Procurement Experience (Emphasized)
  • ️ Expertise in Quickbooks (Preferred)
  • Previous Payroll Experience (Preferred)

Compensation:

  • $45-55K Base Salary + Bonus

Schedule:

  • In Office M-F
  • ⏰ 8AM-5PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Control: Ordering and Managing
  • ️ Maintain Office Condition and Arrange Repairs
  • Develop, Lead, and Execute Purchasing Strategies
  • Track and Report Key Metrics for Expense Reduction
  • Craft Negotiation Strategies and Close Optimal Deals
  • Manage Vendors
