Bonus ($500) - Closing Shift Only*

We are a Premier Childcare & Preschool located in the Rivercrest Subdivision Area here in Riverview at 10709 Crest Side Blvd, 33569 Our ideal candidate for this role will possess a compassionate attitude and a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Partner with and learn from the teachers in your classroom to create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for children to learn, play and grow
  • Responsible for the care, health and safety of toddlers ages 12 months to 36 months
  • Required to have knowledge of developmentally appropriate activities, lesson planning, and assessments
  • Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddler children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their childrens latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
  • Support your centers success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/ GED required
  • ECE Coursework/AA/BA Preferred
  • Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
  • DCF 45 hours required***
  • CDA Required if no Early Education Degree
  • Staff Credential Preferred
  • CPR/First Aid Preferred
  • Able to lift at least 25 pounds/sit on the floor with children
