This position earns a starting range of $20-22 per hour, and to sweeten the deal, you can also earn a $1 per hour pay increase after completing a six-month development and performance program

WOULD YOU BE A GREAT RESOURCE COUNSELOR?

To be successful as a Resource Counselor at Community Interface Services, you'll need to possess a unique set of skills and qualities. First and foremost, exceptional customer service skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with individuals and providing them with the support and assistance they need. Additionally, your resource-finding abilities will be crucial, as you'll be tasked with connecting individuals to various opportunities and services within the community. Community building and networking skills will also come in handy, allowing you to establish strong relationships and partnerships that ultimately enhance the support you can offer. Lastly, your teaching skills will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to develop new skills and achieve their personal goals.

At minimum, we are seeking someone who has a high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred), a passenger vehicle and safe driving record, able to pass a background check, and able to assess and make decisions to improve someone's wellbeing.
