Job Description

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Open and coordinate Certification/Consulting projects using a web-based project management system (from the start to driving the project to completion)
  • Maintain and reconcile project Excel Workflow
  • First point of contact for the client
  • Will involve constant client and engineer follow up and communication, checking status of technical documentation and samples prior to project start date and communicating milestones to all stakeholders
  • Assist Engineering Manager with project assignment and the scheduling of projects
  • Organize and lead project kick off calls, including taking meeting notes and dispersing to all attendees
  • Attend weekly scheduling meetings and at times lead the scheduling meetings
  • Project history and billing research as requested
  • Hold weekly/bi-weekly calls for a handful of VIP clients
  • Receive in and process project samples to the database
  • Intercompany and subcontract project coordination (including a weekly call, correspondence, PO issuance and invoice reconciliation)
  • Assist Sales Team with project change orders
  • Reception Duties (Greet incoming guests and clients)
Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or higher
  • A minimum of 1 year project coordinator experience
  • Must be able to multi-task, Must be detail-oriented
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Prefer TIC industry experience but not required
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
