Job Description:
Our Clinical Supervisor, under general direction, will carry a caseload of clients and mentor a team of direct reports.
Duties include:
  • Learn and utilize Experiential Play Therapy (EPT)
  • Participate in Clinical Operations meeting and ad-hoc strategic planning meetings (as requested and in person)
  • Complete all clinical documentation for your clients and co-signs for your direct reports in a timely manner.
  • Supervises a multi-disciplinary staff of 5 or more clinicians; confers with staff regularly regarding techniques used, case progress, and related matters for the purpose of promoting and evaluating professional development and assuring quality of care, as well as reviewing work in progress.
  • Conducts regular group supervisions; reviews case records and selects cases for discussion; supervises staff in assessing social, emotional, and economic causes of problem behavior and mental or emotional disorders and in developing and modifying treatment and approves alternative plans
  • Ensures compliance with related federal, state and local regulations, as well as departmental and county policies and procedures
  • Opportunities to work with interns and training during onboarding
  • Risk Management, available to our staff (only during business hours).
  • Collaborate on planning/teaching of monthly CEUs
Requirements
  • Licensed LCSW in the state of New Mexico
  • Board certified to provide Supervision
  • 2 year of experience working with Children
