Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain the office/warehouse area through organizing, cleaning and cataloging items on a regular basis
  • Promptly sorts receivables
  • Obtain and process orders, including receiving deliveries and registering them
  • Schedule small and large shipments and plan logistics
  • Tracks, traces and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials and supplies
  • Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representative, service providers and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products and materials
  • Handle issues arising in shipping and receiving departments
  • Collaborates and communicates with office and warehouse staff
  • Maintains a clean, neat and member-ready area
  • Provides additional backup support for shipping/receiving department and office staff
  • Perform other shipping/receiving quality clerk duties as assigned
  • Perform other office duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  • Looking for self-motivated, optimistic, dependable staff
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Previous experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, administrative/office work or other related fields
  • Ability to handle physical workload up to 50lbs
  • Strong organizational skills and highly focused attention to details
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Capable and willing to follow detailed instructions
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Digital literacy and research skills, including the ability to analyze the reliability of information
  • Data management and entry skills, including the ability to main and improve filing systems
  • Familiarity with standard office platforms, such as Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to perform repetitious tasks
  • Basic mathematical skills are required
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
