Qualification, Knowledge and Skills Required:·         Minimum of five (5) years of car detailing experience.·         Experience in installing PPF.·         Experience in installing ceramic coatings.·         Experience in installing vehicle tint. Preferred:·         10+ years car detailing experience Responsibilities:·         Oversee day to day operations of detailing shop.·         Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.·         Manage inventory and supplies ensuring adequate stock levels and 100% accountability.·         Hire, train, and supervise detailing technicians and administrative staff.·         Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.·         Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.·         Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.·         Monitor and analyze financial performance to include budgeting and expense control.·         Collaborate with venders and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms.·         Stay informed about industry trends and developments to inform business decisions. Physical Demands:·         Moderate physical activity required.·         Requires handling of items up to 50 pounds·         Sitting, standing and/or walking for up to eight hours per day and be able to change positions including sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting.·         May require use of ladder BEI Tactical Offers:·         Medical, Dental, and Vision·         Short Term Disability (at no cost to you) and LTD·         Vacation Time
