Salary position: Based on experience and portfolio

Commission offered (if sales position is added to the job)

Average of 40 hours per week

Duties:

·       Will perform tasks as necessary as directed by Operations director.

·       Task could include, but are certainly not limited to:

o   Meeting with clients and determining the desired result for their space

o   Constructing a design using computer software that accurately presents how the space will be constructed

o   Estimating the cost of the project using our software

o   Presenting the designs to the clients (A sales component can be added to this position with commission).

o   Designing marketing materials and distributing them either digitally or physically

Requirements:

·       College degree in Landscape design or architecture OR the ability to show vast knowledge in this space

·       Experience using design software (Structure studios preferred)

·       Ability to do simple math without a calculator or paper

·       Must be self-motivated with a good attitude about hard work

·       Ability to visualize and implement aesthetic patterns into a construction design.

·       Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to and from work
