Our company is currently seeking ​a Billing And Invoicing Associate to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • Compute and record numerical data 
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties 
  • Analysis of post-production data for the accurate creation and timely distribution of Customer invoices.
  • Interact with various departments within the organization including Accounting, Customer Service, and Sales.
  • Will review Contracts, Job Jackets, Pricing Grids, and Job Quotes as part of the invoicing process.
  • Company training will be provided.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
